We are looking for an administrator with nursing assistant qualifications for Rehab West. In this role, you will have an important function in the operations through a unique combination of administrative tasks and patient-oriented rehabilitation.

What we offer

Rehab West is part of Primary Care in Western Östergötland within Region Östergötland. The department offers rehabilitation in primary and specialist care. Rehabilitation is mainly provided at Motala Hospital and the clinic in Mjölby, as well as at the Health Centre in Ödeshög. Within Primary Care in the west, there is close collaboration between units, creating good conditions for development, participation, and cooperation.

Rehab West is an academic unit with high ambitions in education, development, and research. A total of approximately 85 employees work here with broad and deep competence in roles such as administrators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and social workers. We collaborate closely with the Faculty of Medicine at Linköping University, the county's other rehabilitation organizations, and health centres in the western part of the county.

Job Description

Your main tasks will consist of assisting all our employees with administrative support, usually in the medical record system Cosmic and various IT systems. The work also involves some patient contact, for example, by providing support during group training or gait school for new amputees. You will also be responsible for care-related services and simpler daily tasks. The distribution is estimated at 60% administrator and 40% nursing assistant.

The work offers great variety and requires independence, good structure, and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks. You need to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with patients, colleagues, and partner care units.

You will belong to the administration group, which currently consists of two administrators.

About You

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with clear administrative strengths.

It is an advantage if you have clinical experience within rehabilitation activities. We would like you to be technically interested and confident. System knowledge in the medical record system Cosmic is particularly meritorious.
