Enskedefältets School is a grades F-6 school with approximately 550 students. The school is located right next to Sockenplan metro station and borders meadows, forests, and Enskede IP. We are a school with high values in both safety surveys and knowledge assessments.

Your role

You will be part of the grade 4 work team and have mentorship for a class. You will teach Swedish, English, Mathematics, and potentially Natural Sciences (NO).

Your qualifications and experience

You have good cooperation skills and can build good relationships, as the job involves many contact points with students, staff, and guardians.

We are looking for a teacher who will teach English, Swedish, and potentially Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

You will be part of a work team and a subject team where you collaborate with colleagues and are an important part of collegial learning to create new and in-depth knowledge. You will also be part of a 4-teacher system as we have 4 teaching teachers across 3 classes.

As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the classes you teach.

We are looking for you who have high expectations for students' goal fulfillment, good pedagogical insight, and are clear and engaged to bring out the best in students. You who apply:

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications in Swedish, English, Mathematics, and Natural Sciences.
• Have at least 4 years of documented experience, e.g., in the teaching profession.
• Have experience with digital working methods as an enhancement in teaching.

You have a good ability to design teaching in accordance with curricula, subject plans, and current knowledge requirements. You take responsibility for and have insight into students' results and needs, and structure and adapt your teaching so that a safe and adequate learning environment is created. You involve the student in planning and develop the student's ability to learn, both independently and together with others.

You are secure, stable, have self-insight, and are a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role in an effective manner.
