We are looking for someone who has worked for a year or two in the restaurant industry and is open to taking the step to Dalarna. You are passionate about cooking with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction, and thrive in a kitchen where care is at the center.

The assignment covers a limited period, but for the right person, there is a good chance of extension. Our goal is always for you to become a natural part of the team and the operation where you work.

THE ROLE

As a cook, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that prep work is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident in yourself, see solutions and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, orderly, and maintain the high level that is currently sought after.

Satisfied and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.
