The day begins with prep together with the team. You ensure that your station is ready, the ingredients are of high quality, and the kitchen is prepared for service. As guests start to arrive, the pace picks up, and you work closely with the rest of the kitchen to deliver food with quality, structure, and care – every plate, every service.

During the day, you help each other, solve problems together, and ensure that both guests and colleagues have a great experience. When service is finished, you close down the kitchen as a team and prepare for the next day.
