Then you could be the new team member for combined bar and service at Fika & Wine.

Fika & Wine is located at Österlånggatan 26 in the heart of Gamla Stan, in historic 15th-century vaults where Swedish culinary traditions, coffee culture, and drink culture meet in a warm and modern setting.

Among our guests are regulars, international visitors, dinner parties, and private events, all enjoying a personal and relaxed atmosphere. We serve modern interpretations of traditional Swedish home cooking alongside carefully selected wines, Swedish beer, Swedish spirits, and cocktails with a clear Nordic profile.

We work as much as possible with Swedish producers and Swedish ingredients, even behind the bar. We are currently in an exciting phase of development, continuing to evolve our concept, beverage offering, and guest experience.

We are now looking for 1 person for a combined role in bar and service who wants to be part of our journey forward.

About the Role

You will work both behind the bar and in front-of-house service, playing a key part in the guest experience from the first meeting to the last glass.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving food and beverages
• Working behind the bar
• Preparing cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee
• Guest interaction and table service
• Cashier duties
• Preparing and maintaining order in the bar and service areas
• Assisting with events and larger bookings
• Ensuring guests receive a personal and professional experience

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2–3 years of experience in service, restaurant, or bar work
• Good spoken Swedish
• Responsible and positive attitude

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with cocktail bars or wine service
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Interest in wine and beverages
• Experience with à la carte service
• Barista experience
• Sommelier training
