We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to contribute to our team's delivery of advanced and high-performance electronics and sensors to our customers in the space segment. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop within project management in the space sector with a focus on New Space. You will work in a dynamic environment with a fast pace, exciting projects, and challenging deadlines. You have a technical background with some experience in project management or similar roles.
You will primarily provide support and relief to the lead project manager in larger projects, but will also have the opportunity to lead smaller projects of your own.
About the role:
- Support project management for multiple projects with varying activities, schedules, and resource management
- Lead and monitor subcontractors
- Lead smaller projects
- Work together with colleagues to develop project plans
- Organize and maintain project data, report, and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain close dialogue with colleagues and teams to discuss project challenges and solutions
- Produce all necessary scheduled analyses and/or deliverables
- Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals, and other general documentation requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of processes and other documentation
- Help close out projects by supporting the team as needed
About you:
- Have a relevant technical background – preferably in microwave technology or electronics
- Previous experience working with international subcontractors
- Previous relevant industry experience in project coordination and/or administration
- Experience or interest in project support, planning, and scheduling
- Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence
- Customer-focused with self-drive and good collaboration skills
- Structured with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Very good IT skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
