We are now looking for a Property Caretaker for assignments with our property client in Uppsala.

About the role

As a Property Caretaker, you will work with both interior and exterior property maintenance in residential areas around Uppsala. The assignments vary and can be both planned and urgent – often linked to peak workloads or staff absences.
You will become an important part of creating safe, pleasant, and functional environments for the tenants.

Examples of tasks:

• Maintenance of outdoor areas (mowing, weed control, pruning)
• Maintenance of stairwells, common areas, and premises
• Snow clearing and anti-icing measures
• Waste management and daily inspection of properties
• Simple fault reporting and maintenance
• Machine and tool care
• Other property maintenance as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has a service-oriented and professional attitude
• Enjoys physical work
• Has good teamwork skills
• Can communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Experience with machinery or green area maintenance is considered an advantage.

• Working hours: daytime, weekdays (overtime may occur)

About the assignment

You will be employed by us and rented out to our client. Assignments can vary in length – from short-term assignments to longer recurring placements. Continuity is highly valued, meaning you will often return to the same areas and assignments.
