IT Coordinator - 80% at Täljegymnasiet

Täljegymnasiet is Södertälje Municipality's largest municipal school with approximately 680 students. In addition to the nationally preparatory programs in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, and Technology, we offer an introductory program, Individual Alternative, and the IB program. The role of IT Coordinator involves, among other things, maintaining and operating computers for the school's students and staff. The school has approximately 70 employees in various roles and functions.

Your responsibilities

The assignment includes, for example, ordering computer repairs, handling password resets, managing accounts and computers for new students and staff, and assisting with troubleshooting accounts, computers, and systems. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring and maintaining printers, troubleshooting and servicing projectors, and facilitating contact with the service desk and central IT.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, social, and communicative, and who can handle a periodically high pace of work. You should have practical experience and work experience from previous roles. There will be a period of getting used to routines at the beginning.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Education in network technology

Merits:

• Previous work experience in a Microsoft account environment
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Personal qualities:

You are competent in IT, social, and communicative. In addition, you are stress-resistant, as the work involves some pressure during certain periods. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
