We are looking for an independent and driven Technical Salesperson to join Ecoclime. Together with property owners, you will develop smart and energy-efficient solutions that reduce energy consumption and create long-term value.
Ecoclime Group AB is a climate technology company for the real estate industry, offering climate-smart technologies, system, and business solutions. Ecoclime creates and develops innovations and drives contracting projects for a healthier indoor climate, more energy recovery, and higher efficiency.

About the Role
As a technical salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing and upselling. You work closely with property owners, technical managers, and decision-makers. You drive the business in a team supported by qualified colleagues. The deals are often strategic and require a consultative approach focused on long-term value.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and processing new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Driving complex B2B deals from prospecting to contract.
- Presenting technical solutions in a clear business context.
- Developing and presenting ROI/NOI/investment calculations.
- Building long-term relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have
- Experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within energy, HVAC, construction, real estate, industrial projects, or similar.
- Experience selling investment decisions (CAPEX) and longer sales cycles.
- The ability or aptitude to quickly understand real estate business and customer economics.
- The ability to translate technology into clear business value.
Experience from automation, energy efficiency, energy technology, water and wastewater systems, projects, or real estate deals is a plus. It is also a significant advantage if you have knowledge of sustainability/ESG/EBPD/EPD and an established network within the real estate industry.
