We are now looking for two Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives who want to become part of our team, starting 15-06-2026 or as agreed.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a modern contact center where you help customers via phone on a daily basis. The calls are often short and varied, making the work dynamic and engaging.
You will:
- Be the company's voice to the customer
- Deliver high-quality and professional service
- Work towards clear goals linked to customer satisfaction
- Develop through ongoing training and coaching
The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a stable employment contract.
Who we are looking for
We believe you:
- Are curious about working and living abroad
- Speak fluent Swedish and have good English skills
- Have a solution-oriented and positive approach to work
- Preferably have experience from service roles (advantageous, but not a requirement)
- Have basic knowledge of Sweden's geography
