Job Responsibilities

As Team Leader Sales, you are responsible for supporting the sales team at the facility. You sell both passenger cars and commercial vehicles yourself, and thus share responsibility for your own sales as well as the entire sales team's sales.

The Renault Åbro facility is a full-service center for Renault passenger cars, Renault commercial vehicles, Dacia, and Alpine. The role involves leading sales towards set goals and using strategies for how the sales department should work successfully to achieve these goals. You will help launch the commercial vehicle sales together with a dedicated commercial vehicle salesperson. Additionally, you will develop the existing passenger car sales together with three passenger car salespeople. The role also includes working in accordance with the company's vision, business idea, and target image.

Daily tasks further include supporting the salespeople and continuous work regarding customer knowledge and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the entire team and the site manager at the facility.

Key Competencies/Skills

  • A few years of experience in car sales.
  • Experience from official or informal leadership roles.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
  • Good understanding of business functions, communication skills, and social competence.
  • You have strategic thinking and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to achieve business goals, as well as develop and improve processes for the business.
  • You are ambitious, performance-oriented, and dare to make decisions.
  • The ability to independently organize your daily work, and you thrive in a role with high tempo and varied tasks.
  • Burning interest in creating business.
