About the role
As a Reliability Engineer with us, you will hold a central and influential position where you drive the work to improve functional safety in our facilities. You work both strategically and operationally to identify risks, analyze data, and implement improvements.
You are our local expert in maintenance and operational reliability processes and have the mandate to influence decisions regarding investments and priorities. The role involves close collaboration with several functions within the business, where you contribute your expertise to optimize availability and reduce production losses.
Your main responsibilities

- Identify, analyze, and manage risks related to functional safety and equipment reliability
- Provide expert support within maintenance processes and contribute to competence development within the organization
- Analyze production losses and cost-driving equipment to find root causes and drive improvement measures
- Participate in requirement setting, procurement, and follow-up for new investments and installations
- Develop and optimize maintenance strategies, criticality classifications, and equipment structures to increase operational reliability
- Drive the development of smart, technical solutions for condition-based and digital maintenance, for example via monitoring systems and data analysis
- Work systematically with analysis methods and improvement tools, for example within Six Sigma
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who is driven by developing both working methods and technology.
We believe you have:
- A minimum 3-year university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Power, or similar
- Experience working with maintenance, operational reliability, or reliability engineering
- Good system and computer skills, preferably with experience in maintenance systems
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvement work
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
It is meritorious if you have a background as a mechanical engineer or a corresponding technical profile.
Personal qualities
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Enjoy working with many contacts and collaborate effectively in teams
- Are proactive and drive issues forward with a structured approach
- Have an analytical and quality-conscious attitude
- Are communicative and confident in leading discussions and taking a leading role in groups
- Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What we offer
We offer a dynamic work environment in an international group where you have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. There are great opportunities for competence development and career paths within the company. The employment is secure and covered by collective agreements as well as attractive benefits. Above all, you will become part of a workplace characterized by safety, sustainability, and innovation – where your work contributes to a more sustainable future.
In this role, we offer a salary between 39,000 - 49,000 SEK/month based on factors such as education, experience, competence, and geographical location. Please contact the responsible Talent Acquisition Partner for more information.
