Job Responsibilities

• You lead and distribute the work for the staff.
• You work clinically as a dentist.
• Staff management, goal and development dialogues, as well as salary negotiations.
• Recruitment when needed.
• Ensure that staff have sufficient knowledge and work with competence development.
• Responsibility for the working environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
