About the Job

In the role of CNC Operator, you work in a high-tech production environment where accuracy and technical understanding are crucial. You are primarily responsible for operating, monitoring, and handling CNC machines, but the work is varied and also includes other tasks related to advanced industrial production.

You work with both preparatory and practical tasks in manufacturing and machining processes, sometimes in close collaboration with colleagues from other technical disciplines. The role suits you who thrive with responsibility, structure, and want to continue developing as a CNC Operator in a complex and safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Operation, monitoring, and simple programming/adjustment of CNC equipment
• Machining and handling of components in a technically advanced environment
• Work with band saws and other associated production equipment
• Handling of heavy goods and materials using overhead cranes and forklifts
• Preparatory industrial work such as measuring, drilling, and assembly
• Collaboration on production optimization, quality, and safety

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working as a CNC Operator or similar role in industrial production
• Have good technical understanding and experience working with precision and high quality requirements
• Are confident in an industrial environment and accustomed to following instructions and safety procedures
• Have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) as well as basic English
• Have a B-driving license and access to a car
• Have good computer skills
• Can work shifts (including nights)

It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of Sinumerik programming, welding (e.g., MIG/MAG or MMA), experience with other advanced machine or process technology, radiation protection, crane license, and forklift license.

You are a confident and curious person who thrives in a practical, technical, and varied daily life. You like to take responsibility, work methodically, and have a natural ability to keep things organized even when the work is physically demanding or requires high precision. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing your knowledge, and contributing to a positive team spirit.
