About Us
Restaurang Athena was established in the autumn of 2005 and is a Greek restaurant that also serves tapas. We are not open for lunch, which means shifts start in the afternoon.
You must have experience working with the grill, oven, stove, and deep fryer. This is essential.
As the pace can be fast-paced, it is important that you are organized, structured, and able to handle stressful situations. You must also be able to collaborate effectively with other chefs and follow the instructions of the team leader, especially on weekends.
At our restaurant, you will learn more and become more independent in the kitchen. You will master everything from grilling techniques to timing and teamwork within a group of 4–5 chefs.
