About the role

Our client is an established company in the Life Science sector, operating in a quality- and regulation-driven environment with high demands for precision. We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career in digital marketing who wants to take on the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The position involves continuously coordinating and publishing content, supporting the team in daily marketing activities, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time and with high quality. This is achieved by adapting, quality-assuring, and publishing digital marketing materials in accordance with current processes, guidelines, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in an operational production environment within a dynamic setting. You will be part of the Customer Excellence team, reporting to the Customer Excellence Director, with your line manager being the Customer Excellence Business Partner – Digital Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Update, edit, and build pages in CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Hands-on work with SEO, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Produce simple banners based on finished design and copy
  • Update texts, such as pharmaceutical information, and ensure compliance
  • Ensure that digital content adheres to current laws and regulations
  • Participate in long-term projects related to websites

We are looking for you who

  • Have a post-secondary education in marketing or Business Administration
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing
  • Are proficient in systems and data, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Have knowledge of SEO
  • Have basic knowledge of video editing (simple cuts and editing)

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in a similar role previously.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker
  • Understanding of AIO
  • Basic understanding of HTML (coding not required)
  • Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel.
  • Experience within UX/UI
  • Spoken and written language skills in Danish and Norwegian.
