We are now looking for a Sports Consultant with a passion for creating long-term collaborations and inspiring sports clubs in the Stockholm district.

As a Sports Consultant at RF-SISU Stockholm, you will have an exciting and multifaceted assignment where you manage your own work with freedom under responsibility. Your main tasks:

• Support and develop clubs in educational and development issues by analyzing, planning, and launching educational initiatives.
• Work proactively and meet with clubs and federations throughout the Stockholm district.
• Balance between the Sports Assignment and the Adult Education Assignment – you are our face to the outside world and a key person in the clubs' work towards a more inclusive and sustainable sport.

You are a social star who thrives on meeting new people, networking, and driving development in association life. With a listening ear and the ability to analyze needs, you help clubs grow and develop. Your strength lies in making connections and finding creative ways forward; you are a real people person who makes a difference!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible, curious, and enjoys meeting many different people.
• Has the ability to inspire, engage, and value the equal rights of all people.
• Has a genuine interest in learning and processes that help clubs develop.
• Is administratively skilled and confident in digital tools for meetings and education.
• Has relevant education in sports and experience within sports and association life.
• Has a driver's license and a car for work-related travel.

Other Information

• Start: Immediately, by agreement.
• Scope: Full-time, 2-year project employment.
• Working hours: Unregulated working hours based on the needs of the activity. Evening and weekend work may occur.
• Location: Stockholm/Solna.
