Your responsibilities as Area Manager

Do you want to combine leadership with technical development within CNC while making a real difference in production?

As Area Manager CNC at Gnutti Carlo Group, you will take on a key role where you lead and develop a team within CNC machining. Together, you ensure that our components meet the highest quality standards and fulfill the requirements of a global automotive industry.

You are responsible for creating the best conditions for people, machines, and results by:

• Leading, coaching, and developing teams within CNC machining
• Ensuring stable and efficient CNC production (turning, milling, etc.)
• Working closely with production engineering to optimize runs and setup times
• Driving improvement work according to LEAN principles and continuous improvement
• Monitoring OEE, quality, productivity, and costs
• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment
• Collaborating closely with production engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance

You have overall responsibility for your CNC area – from daily operations to long-term development.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading in a technically advanced production environment and creating results through others.

You:

• Are a clear and present leader who builds trust and engagement
• Have experience in leadership, preferably within CNC or machining
• Have a good understanding of machining, production engineering, and flows
• Have experience working with efficiency, quality, and improvement projects
• Are communicative and proficient in both Swedish and English
• Have a genuine interest in people, technology, and development

Merits:

• Experience with automated production or robotic solutions
• Previous work with OEE, SMED, or LEAN implementations
