Do you want to help strengthen our sales organization working with public sector clients? In this role, you will primarily be responsible for our tender management process for public clients within Restaurant Equipment and Non-Food.
We are looking for someone driven by working with details and analyzing information, where your work contributes to long-term and profitable business.

Your main tasks.
In your role as Tender Strategist, you are responsible for our quotations to our public sector clients within municipalities, regions, and the state. This means you will:
- Analyze quotations, both before submission and after the tender response
- Finalize tenders including costing
- Continuously analyze complex information to make business decisions
- Prepare documentation and materials needed to compile a tender for submission
- Participate in customer meetings ahead of upcoming tenders
You will report to the Head of Public Sales in Umeå or Halmstad. Our clients are within municipalities, regions, and the state, generating an annual turnover of approx. 4.6 billion SEK. You have colleagues at three locations in Sweden where collaboration is important to meet future demands. The organizational structure of Public Sales gives you great opportunities to influence the way of working. Part of the collaboration takes place in project form. In this role, you are part of the team in Umeå or Halmstad.

To handle the tasks, we would like you to be used to working independently, be interested in creating profitable business, and be meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for detail. A methodical working style and good analytical skills are prerequisites for succeeding as a Tender Strategist. At the same time, we would like you to be flexible and enjoy problem-solving. The majority of your time will be spent working in our various business systems, Excel, and BI tools. To become even better in the role, we would like you to have:
- Appropriate theoretical education, at least upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics or food. Relevant post-secondary education is meritorious
- Experience in analyzing information
- Experience in costing
- Good skills and great interest in Excel
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of tender documentation is meritorious
- Experience in procurement or tender work is meritorious
