Job Description

As a Project Manager, you work with various types of contracts and projects. You are responsible for the overall management of the projects and work closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. You play a key role in creating structure, clarity, and progress in the projects. Business travel may occur. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning of project execution and associated budget
• Procurement of services and materials
• Progress reporting to the unit manager and follow-up with the project team
• Delivery of relevant project documentation

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• Experience in project management
• Experience in contracting and building automation, preferably combined with knowledge within HVAC, operations and maintenance, construction, or design
• Experience with financial follow-up via ERP systems
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
