Responsibilities

As a person, you are a true team player who sees collaboration with architects and other parts of the business as essential for achieving common goals. With a coaching, pedagogical, and engaging approach, you support your colleagues in the infrastructure team, while also being a skilled communicator who easily translates complex technology into business value for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the architecture, implementation, and stable operation of our complex hybrid environment (Azure and on-premises).
• Lead technical infrastructure projects and act as a mentor/coach for team members.
• Future-proof, secure, and optimize the Azure platform with a focus on advanced network architecture, automation, and identity management.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architects and the business to realize strategic IT goals.
• Ensure proactive cost management (FinOps) and efficient resource allocation in cloud environments.

Qualifications

To take on this senior role, you need a solid technical foundation combined with the ability to act as a requirement setter and technical leader.

• An academic degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent long-term professional experience deemed comparable.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior specialist role with practical experience in designing and operating large-scale hybrid and on-premises environments.
• Current Microsoft Azure certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent expert certification).
• In-depth technical expertise in Azure's core components (Compute, Network, Storage, Identity, Security, and Automation).
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, PowerShell, and handling Conditional Access policies.
• Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Application Gateway, and Application Proxy.
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DNS and Linux environments.
• Experience working with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Knowledge of certificate management, PKI, ADCS.
• Certification: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
