A-Assistans Leimir AB is a private company that provides personal assistance to those entitled to assistance throughout the country. We have approximately 600 personal assistants employed and offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Stockholm, Östersund, and Umeå.

The goal of our operations is for our customers to be able to live as independent a life as possible. We have a collective agreement between Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances, and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
