Svea Vux is growing, and we are now looking for a Senior Care Teacher in Healthcare and Social Care who not only wants to teach but also to help develop future education and, in the long run, take on a leadership role in the operations. We are looking for someone with a solid professional background as a nursing assistant or a licensed nurse, which gives you a strong anchoring in the industry and an understanding of the competencies our students need.

Your Role – More Than Just Teaching

As a senior care teacher with us, you have a central role in both teaching and development. You work closely with students, colleagues, and management – and actively contribute to developing the content, quality, and methods of the education.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• planning, conducting, and following up on teaching in healthcare and social care
• teaching in classrooms and digitally
• being a driving force in pedagogical development and quality work
• contributing to collegial learning and operational development
• gradually taking on increased responsibility within the organization

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is:

• a licensed vocational teacher in healthcare and social care with teaching experience
• educated as a nursing assistant or a licensed nurse, with several years of experience working in healthcare and social care

You also have:

• a strong pedagogical drive and a genuine commitment to adult learning
• a desire to develop and take on greater responsibility over time
• an interest in contributing to operational development and, in the long run, leadership
