As a customer service representative, you will be the company's first point of contact and help customers with questions regarding contracts, invoices, prices, electricity consumption, and other energy-related matters. You will become an important part of a team that works every day to give customers a smooth and positive experience.
Your responsibilities:
In the role, you will among other things:
- Receive and handle incoming calls from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Help customers with questions about contracts, invoices, moves, and electricity consumption
- Perform some administration related to customer cases
We are looking for you who:
- Have previous experience from service, support, or sales
- Have a professional and service-oriented attitude
- Are structured, meticulous, and calm even when the pace varies
- Enjoy taking own responsibility and helping customers find solutions
- Are curious and thrive in a fast-paced and changing organization
- Have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish and English
- Have an interest in the energy industry or a willingness to learn more
About the company & what they offer:
- Salary range: 28,500–29,500 SEK/month. Individual salary setting based on experience.

GodEl is today Sweden's sixth largest energy company and in addition one of the fastest growing. Today, GodEl's workforce consists of 36 engaged employees in a flat organization, all based at GodEl's office in central Sundbyberg, close to both the subway, cross-train, and commuter train. The customer service team at GodEl consists of 16 employees divided into two teams: Customer Service and Operations Support, each led by their own team leader. The work is primarily performed from the office, but the possibility of remote work up to two days per week exists.
