Stockholm – our capital city of millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now looking for you who want to think big, new, and different with us – for the people of Stockholm.
Welcome to us
Blackebergsskolan is located in a beautiful natural area in Bromma, close to water, nature, and good transport links. The school has approximately 400 students in grades Pre-K to 6. We have a high staff-to-student ratio.
We work purposefully to constantly improve our operations, focusing on pedagogical work in the classroom and the development of after-school centers. We participate in both large and small teaching-related research-based projects and have close collaboration within our work teams.
Here, we have an present leadership and strong collaboration within both the work teams and the student health team. Together, we work to ensure that every student receives the support they need, feels safe, and has the opportunity to succeed – both academically and socially.
We expect all employees to be engaged and contribute positive energy and competence in teaching, conferences, and other meetings with students, parents, and colleagues.
Your role
We are looking for an engaged, secure, and clear teacher for our special education group, where approximately 15 students are enrolled. The group is mixed-age and includes both younger and older students. The teaching is adapted to each student's individual needs and prerequisites.
You will work closely with two other teachers and four childcare assistants in a tightly knit team where we jointly take responsibility for the students' entire school day. Teaching is conducted in small groups in a calm, structured, and relationship-building learning environment where clarity, predictability, and security are at the center.
We are looking for you who want to make a difference – every day.
Personal suitability is of great importance.
