Your Role

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for employees for several of our areas:

• Elderly Care Facilities: Work with the elderly who need care, support, and services.
• Home Care: Work with providing support and nursing care for people who continue to live in their own homes.
• LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Persons with Functional Impairments): Work with support and care for people with disabilities.
• Social Psychiatry: Work with providing support to people with mental disabilities or mental illness.

Your tasks may vary depending on which area you work in. Regardless, the main task is the same: to offer good service and care.

The work involves significant personal responsibility but also the opportunity to work in a team together with experienced and engaged colleagues.

Extra Summer Bonus

If you work at least 75% for 8 weeks during the period June 15 to August 16, you will receive an extra summer bonus of 7,000 SEK in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 85%, you will receive 8,000 SEK, and in the case of full-time work, 10,000 SEK.

To be eligible for the extra summer bonus, you must be scheduled during your summer temporary position, and you may not be absent more than 2 times, regardless of reason, for a maximum of 4 days each time.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you with a genuine interest in working with people. You gain energy from making life easier for others and have a good attitude towards people. You are attracted to working in an operation where you have the opportunity to develop.

Experience and education within the professional field are a plus. In some work teams, it is a requirement that you have a B driver's license. You master Swedish in speech and writing and also have a good ability to use digital tools such as computers and mobile phones in your work.
