Micasa Fastigheter builds, manages, and develops properties with care. We are part of the public housing sector in Stockholm City. Our mission is to provide accessible housing for the city's elderly and other groups prioritized by the city on the housing market.

Micasa Fastigheter has been given an expanded mandate by Stockholm City and will need to build and renovate our property portfolio. We are growing as a company, and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities! We are now looking for our next customer service representative who wants to help build Stockholm's future.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you belong to the Customer Service unit, where you, together with six colleagues, are responsible for receiving cases and forwarding them for action internally or to our contracted contractors. You contact customers and suppliers primarily via phone but also by email. Together, you contribute to Micasa Fastigheter's customer service being perceived as a service-oriented and efficient organization that creates good relationships with our tenants and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive cases via phone and email.
  • Forward cases for action internally or to our contracted contractors.
  • Follow up on cases and respond to our tenants.
  • Order white goods (appliances).
  • Handle invoicing.
  • Make calls based on framework agreements.

The role involves daily contact with property managers, technical property managers, social coordinators, and operations coordinators regarding cases in the buildings.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • Experience from a dedicated customer service role where daily work consisted of phone and email contact with customers.
  • Experience with property systems or case management systems.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Experience with Fast2.
  • Experience from customer service within the property industry.
  • If you speak languages other than Swedish and English.

We believe that you who apply have previously worked in a role as a customer service representative or customer service agent.

Since our customer service representatives are a vital link between us and our tenants, we are looking for you who are passionate about service and understand what drives customer satisfaction. You are used to having many contact points, and to succeed, you have good communication skills, value collaboration with others, and have a structured way of working.
