About You

You are a leader who develops employees through a coaching approach. You lead your department professionally with care for both customers and employees, guided by the company's core values. We require that you have at least three years of documented leadership experience, preferably from a customer-facing business. Your leadership skills are most important to us – we provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in the role.

About the Job

In Norrköping, an experienced team of vehicle technicians and service advisors work together, totaling approximately 20 people. As a Service Manager here, you will have the opportunity to develop as a leader in a company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a coaching leadership style. Together with your team, you aim to provide every customer stepping into Holmgrens Bil in Norrköping with a safe and welcoming place to receive professional help with their car.

In your daily work, the focus will be on coaching and developing your team, as well as being responsible for the department's customer satisfaction and other KPIs. You drive the daily operations within service and workshop, holding budget, P&L, and personnel responsibility, and report to the site manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimize costs, monitor key figures, and improve profitability
  • Ensure customer and employee satisfaction
  • Maintain Holmgrens Bil's concept, implement centrally decided decisions, and collaborate with our central business support units

Holmgrens Bil in Norrköping is an authorized workshop for the brands BMW, MINI, Ford, and MG.
