The Role of Installation Partner

As an installation partner, you carry out window and door replacements at our private customers' homes according to our established concept – the Mockfjärds Installation. You are responsible for ensuring the highest quality in delivery, both technically and in terms of customer experience.

You are our face in the customer's home. This means that you:

• Deliver craftsmanship with precision and professional pride
• Provide a professional and reassuring reception
• Work in a structured and quality-conscious manner
• Represent the brand through branded clothing and vehicles

The assignment also includes visibility at the installation site through signage and branding materials. In some cases, local presence in the area may be part of the assignment. Together with the local agent and sales team, you create a whole where quality, efficiency, and satisfied customers are at the center.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you or your team who run an limited company – or are in the process of starting one. We are looking for you who want to complement your existing business with another pillar – window replacements!

You are a trained carpenter or have equivalent experience and familiarity with independent work. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B-class driver's license.
