Are you ready for a journey of development?

We have a lot to do with 30+ stores in Sweden, and we are expanding rapidly both in Sweden and internationally.

Therefore, we are looking for staff for our construction team, who will travel with the team throughout Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia to build and fit out our new stores. You will work closely with our project managers and district managers in Sweden.

Be aware that no two working days are alike in this role, and no two projects are the same. It is therefore important that you are motivated by traveling and working in the field for extended periods, as your daily routine will consist of varying working hours and tasks at many different locations.

Each project runs in intervals of 3–4 weeks.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Together with the rest of the construction team, you will participate in all aspects of the setup and fit-out of our new thansen stores, from an empty space to the moment the doors open for customers. Experience in the field is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We are looking for a proactive, efficient, and engaged employee with strong drive and a desire to meet a varied, challenging, and hectic daily life with changing working hours and many travel days. You must be good at communicating, collaborating, and working closely with other members of the construction team, even when the pace is high and the schedule is challenging. You should be able to maintain your composure and overview, work solution-oriented, and constantly strive for optimizations and improvements, so that we can streamline our work processes with a focus on best practices.

A forklift license is an advantage.

During quieter periods, you will join a fixed store team with all associated tasks. The company will ensure that this takes place in your local area.
