About the role

We are looking for a planner for our home care services. This position combines the role of a nurse assistant and involves a central role in the daily planning and operation of the business.

As a planner, you work closely with the operations manager, coordinators, and other staff members. You are responsible for ensuring that the planning works in practice and contribute actively to structure, continuity, and high quality for both our clients and staff.

The role requires you to have a good overview, be able to make quick decisions, and ensure that scheduling and planning reflect the reality of the operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as a nurse assistant within home care.
• Be responsible for daily planning of interventions and personnel.
• Create, adjust, and quality-assure schedules in Carefox.
• Ensure that the planning is realistic and aligns with the actual needs of the operations.
• Maintain daily contact with employees, management, and clients.
• Contribute to the development of routines, structure, and workflows.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified nurse assistant.
• Has experience from home care (mandatory).
• Has very good knowledge of Carefox (mandatory).
• Has experience with scheduling and can work independently in the system.
• Can create and update schedules in Carefox that reflect the actual operations and daily needs.
• Is structured, organized, and has strong planning skills.
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Has a helicopter view and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Thrives in collaboration and has good communication skills.
