About the role

As a Service and Spare Parts Advisor, you hold a central position in the customer's overall experience. You are the link between the customer, the workshop, and the spare parts warehouse, ensuring that every case is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high degree of service.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and planning service and repair work
• Customer reception and advice regarding service and repair needs
• Ordering spare parts and accessories
• Receiving, unpacking, and handling incoming and outgoing goods
• Selling spare parts and accessories (retail and wholesale)
• Database maintenance, administration, invoicing, and follow-up

You will work in a dynamic environment where days vary, and collaboration, structure, and customer satisfaction are in focus.

What we are looking for in you

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience from a similar role within a brand workshop, service, or spare parts
• Are service-oriented, communicative, and thrive in customer contact
• Have strong administrative skills and can plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have a technical interest and problem-solving abilities
• Are computer literate and express yourself well in speech and writing

Experience with BMW systems as well as Cabas and Kobra is considered an advantage.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required, and a forklift license is an advantage.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The location is Bilia BMW in Borlänge. The selection process is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
