We are now looking for Customer Service Representatives

Our customer center is undergoing change and is in a development phase where working methods and responsibilities are gradually being consolidated and strengthened internally. The goal is to create an even more cohesive, professional, and high-quality customer service with clear processes and a unified way of working.

We are now looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for you who thrive in a stable operation where structure, order, and quality are central – and where working methods are developed step-by-step and thoughtfully over time.

Your Assignment

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a central role in the daily delivery to our customers. You work closely with your colleagues in the customer service team and handle incoming customer cases in a structured, professional, and service-oriented manner.

The work is carried out according to established routines, processes, and quality requirements, which contributes to both high customer satisfaction and efficient internal flows. You take independent responsibility for your tasks while being an important part of the team's joint work and goals.

The role is operational and involves close collaboration with several functions within the organization. You form part of the stable foundation upon which our customer service rests, while being flexible and comfortable with working methods and processes developing over time.

Through your engagement, you actively contribute to a positive customer experience and to the team's joint success.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

  • Handling invoice and contract inquiries
  • Handling customer cases, both via phone and email
  • Complaint handling and customer contact via phone and email
  • Contract management, including new contracts and termination of contracts

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a high school education and previous experience working in customer service and/or administration. You are accustomed to working in various systems, have good computer skills, and feel confident following established routines and working methods, as well as taking the initiative to improve if you see potential. You communicate effortlessly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English, which enables you to meet customers and colleagues in a professional and clear manner, both via phone and email.

As a person, you are service-oriented and have a calm, secure, and respectful approach when interacting with customers. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that cases are handled correctly and on time. You thrive in an environment where quality, order, and clarity are important, and you appreciate working according to common processes and quality requirements.

You remain stable even when the pace increases periodically, enjoy collaborating with others, and contribute to a professional and positive work climate. At the same time, you are flexible and comfortable with working methods developing over time, without it affecting your delivery or engagement.
