Our employee is going on parental leave, so we are now looking for you who wants to substitute for her as a social secretary with a focus on social psychiatry and dual diagnosis! The Individual and Family Care in Ånge Municipality is adapting to the new Social Services Act, and a step in this work is that we have created more space for social psychiatry/dual diagnosis on the Adult Support Unit. Today, the Adult Support Unit covers areas such as harmful use/addiction, violence in close relationships, mental (un)health, and social psychiatry. With this change, we are now looking for an employee who will work with case processing with a focus on social psychiatry and dual diagnosis.

Qualifications

Social worker or equivalent education. As a person, you should have a good ability to create contact, be sensitive and flexible, open to trying new solutions, clear, and have the ability to set boundaries as support for the individual. It is important that you are careful and structured, but also calm, attentive, and pedagogical. You find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to creating a good and pleasant work environment where we include, inspire, and appreciate each other. • Have a genuine interest in and enjoy working with people.
• Have experience with people with harmful use/addiction, dual diagnosis, or social psychiatry.

• Have good structural ability and habit of documenting.
• Master Swedish fully. (Competence in other languages is meritorious).
• Have a B driver's license.

About the Operations

The Adult Support Unit consists of the unit manager, social secretaries, and the municipality's outpatient care for adults. It is of great importance that you are familiar with the legislation (SoL, LVM, FL) and other regulations governing our operations. The tasks consist of receiving incoming cases, assessing, investigating, and making decisions according to SoL and LVM, as well as following up on approved measures for persons within the current target group. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with authority enforcement towards the target group, as these cases require competence, experience, and the ability to see the individual's best interest. It is also meritorious if you have worked in the Lifecare operation system.
