Brand Trade Sweden AB is a growing company within the beauty and consumer products sector, with several established brands on the Swedish market. Under our umbrella, you will find brands such as Glam Of Sweden, Glam of Sweden Pro, Soak in Luxury, My Beauty Care, and Party Pack. These products meet consumers daily in stores across the country.
We are now looking for a District Sales Representative for the Central Region (Region Mitt) who wants to help develop our brands and strengthen our presence with customers in central Sweden.
About the RoleThe role involves overall responsibility for sales in the district, where you drive the business forward through both new customer acquisition and the development of existing customers. At the same time, the role is more than traditional sales. A key part of our way of working involves presence and service in stores, where you ensure that our products are displayed in a way that creates visibility and drives sales. You work closely with store staff and are responsible for ensuring our products are correctly placed, well-stocked, and presented in a way that strengthens the brand.
In short, the role is about combining sales, relationship building, and brand development in-store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for sales in the district and working towards set budgets
- Acquiring new customers and developing business with existing retailers
- Ensuring our products are correctly displayed and well-presented in stores
- Actively working with sales-driving activities and campaigns in-store
- Building long-term relationships with store staff and buyers
- Planning and driving work in the district in an independent and structured manner
We are looking for you who are a driven and self-motivated salesperson who thrives in a mobile role working directly with customers. You are someone who likes to take responsibility for your district and is motivated by developing business over time. At the same time, you have a good understanding of how products are sold in stores and how display, visibility, and branding affect sales.
For us, relationships are a crucial part of business, so you must also be someone who enjoys working with people and is skilled at building trust with customers.
We believe you:
- Have experience in B2B sales
- Have worked with new customer acquisition and customer development
- Understand product display and sales-driving activities in stores
- Are used to working independently towards budgets and sales targets
- Are structured and can plan your work across a larger geographical area
- Are relationship-oriented and business-driven
Experience from the grocery retail sector (FMCG) or other sales roles where in-store work is a natural part of the role is a plus.
Other InformationThe position involves travel, with approximately 1–2 overnight stays per week, depending on your base location. A company car is included.
