As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for receiving customers, handling bookings, and guiding customers through the entire service process. This role is perfect for you who enjoy working at a fast pace, have good communication skills, and always put the customer first.

• Receive customers and handle their inquiries

• Schedule and book service and workshop visits

• Act as the contact person between customer and workshop

• Provide professional service and advice

• Handle administration and follow-up

• Has previous experience as a Service Advisor, or other experience within the automotive industry

• Is service-oriented and solution-focused

• Has good computer skills and administrative ability

• Thrives in customer contact and teamwork

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• A valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage

This is a summer assignment starting as agreed. You will be employed by Aura Personal and work on-site at Din Bil in Sisjön.
