PerformIQ is currently recruiting a Coordinator for Tommy's Window Cleaning (Tommys Fönsterputs).

As a Coordinator, you will become a vital part of the daily operations, working closely with both customers and colleagues. The role involves a combination of administration, customer service, and planning, where you help create structure and ensure smooth daily workflows.

You will handle incoming calls, bookings, and administrative tasks while supporting the business in its daily operations. The pace can be high at times, requiring you to prioritize, remain calm, and work solution-oriented even when many things are happening at once.

The role also includes identifying customer needs and informing them about the company's various services. Therefore, we believe you are comfortable with upselling when it feels natural in the conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and bookings
  • Coordinate schedules, staff, and planning
  • Manage invoicing and payments
  • Support the business in daily operations
  • Be responsible for your own administrative areas
  • Assist customers with questions regarding the company's services and subscriptions
  • Ensure high service standards and professional customer interaction

Profile

We believe you are a confident and unpretentious person with previous work experience and the ability to handle a sometimes high tempo.

You need to be structured, service-oriented, and thrive in a role where no two days are exactly alike. To succeed, we also believe you are good at prioritizing and can let stressful situations roll off your back.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
  • Be accustomed to working in various systems
  • Have good administrative and economic understanding
  • Preferably have experience with invoicing or payments
  • Be communicative and service-oriented
  • Be responsible and self-initiative
  • Express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Working Hours: 07:00–16:30
Location: Hägersten, Stockholm

About Tommy's Window Cleaning

Tommy's Window Cleaning is a growing service company with approximately 30 employees, focusing heavily on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships. Here, you will become part of a family-like company with high engagement and close collaboration among colleagues.

The position is located at the office in Hägersten, and the work is primarily on-site. During parts of the low season, some remote work opportunities may be offered.
