We are now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for an exciting assignment within the transport and mobility industry. Here you will have a central role in ensuring material supply, driving improvement initiatives, and supporting the mobilization of new projects in a technologically advanced, high-paced operation.

You will become an important part of an organization where collaboration between supply chain, procurement, engineering, quality, and production is crucial for creating efficient and sustainable deliveries.

In this role, you are responsible for leading and developing supply chain work related to both ongoing and upcoming projects. You work operationally close to the business while driving strategic initiatives in material planning, inventory optimization, and process development.

• Lead and distribute work within material planning and supply chain
• Ensure material availability and optimize inventory levels
• Drive supply chain initiatives related to the mobilization of new projects
• Monitor KPIs and analyze supply chain performance
• Closely collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and EHS
• Manage dialogue with customers and suppliers
• Create and administer purchase orders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process development
• Ensure compliance with processes and quality requirements

• Stable and efficient material supply for the company's projects
• Improved supply chain processes and optimized flows
• Ensured KPI monitoring and analysis for business management
• Efficient coordination between internal functions and external parties
• Successful mobilization and startup of new projects

• Several years of experience within supply chain, logistics, or material planning
• Extensive experience in material planning and procurement
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven analysis
• Experience with KPI monitoring and improvement work
• Documented leadership experience with the ability to develop teams
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically
• Education in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
• Good communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent English in speech and writing

• Experience from industrial, transport, or manufacturing operations
• Experience in complex technical environments
• Experience in change and improvement work in larger organizations
