Pilgrim is looking for a responsible and service-oriented retail sales assistant with an interest in fashion and a drive for results, for our store at Åhlens in Gothenburg. This is a flexible role where you will assist as needed.

As a retail sales assistant, you will be part of a team of skilled and fashion-conscious salespeople. You must be customer-focused down to your fingertips, as our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with a unique and fantastic experience when they visit our stores.

At Pilgrim, we work together as a large team, so it is crucial that you are a team player who wants to be part of the community and contribute with a good attitude and strong results.

• Sales and customer service
• Earring piercing
• Ensure the store is inviting and welcoming

ABOUT YOU

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a skilled salesperson who always puts the customer at the center of a unique experience
• You are fashion-conscious and keep up with trends
• You speak fluent Swedish and English
• You are responsible, service-oriented, and loyal
• You are cheerful, positive, and motivating
• You are flexible and can maintain your composure in stressful situations

START DATE

We offer a hourly position with a zero-hour contract, where you assist as needed. As an hourly retail sales assistant, flexibility is required, and you must be available to work all days of the week, primarily afternoons, evenings, weekends, and during extended opening hours.
