We are now looking for an engaged and development-driven Group Manager for our transport operations in northern Sörmland – a role where you combine leadership, change management, and operational development.

About Us

Regionservice is a modern service organization that creates value for the entire Region of Sörmland. We develop and deliver services within property, service, administration, and development – always with the goal of supporting healthcare and contributing to a safer county.

The transport operations are located at three hospitals and comprise approximately 70 employees. We are responsible for both internal and external transports – from patient meals and laundry to medical products and goods – and are an important part of daily healthcare.

We are currently in an exciting phase of development where we are shaping future working methods, structures, and logistics solutions.

About the Role

As a Group Manager, you play a key role in leading, developing, and shaping the operations forward. You are responsible for employees, budget, and operations, and you are part of the management group together with the Unit Manager and other Group Managers.

This is a role for you who thrives in change and wants to make a real difference. You will:

• Lead and develop operations during a time of change
• Drive sub-projects related to organizational development
• Be central in planning and monitoring several processes within the operations
• Work with requirements specification and be involved in procurement processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of future transport solutions and flows
• Lead the implementation of technical solutions
• Be responsible for traffic management for the Region's professional vehicles

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a secure and development-oriented leader with experience in driving operations forward.

You have:

• Several years of management experience with responsibility for personnel, budget, and operations
• Experience in change management and development work
• Experience in efficient transport flows, transport management, distribution (meritorious)
• Leadership training or equivalent (meritorious)
• Experience in customer-oriented work (meritorious)
• Driver's license B (manual)

If you also have experience as a traffic manager or education in transport and logistics, it is a plus.
