About the Technical Presales Role

As a Technical Presales specialist at Freja eID, you will become a key figure at the intersection of technology, business, and customers. You will be responsible for supporting the sales process with technical expertise in everything from needs analysis and customer dialogue to solution design, presentations, and consulting. The role involves close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and partners, where you help translate technical possibilities into business value and concrete solutions based on customer needs.

You will have a central role in a growing organization with significant autonomy, broad contact areas, and good opportunities to influence working methods, partner development, and the customer journey.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical expert in the sales process, from initial customer contact to solution presentation.
  • Identify customer needs and present customized solutions with Freja eID.
  • Contribute to the development of the partner network, including technical advice and support.
  • Represent Freja eID at webinars, trade shows, and customer events, showcasing the company's technical competence and solution capabilities.

About You

We are looking for you who have previous experience in technical customer-facing work, where you have been consultative and advisory during the sales process. You are accustomed to working at the intersection of technology and business, preferably in Salesforce, and thrive on translating technical solutions into clear business value. You have a strong interest in technology, where experience in networking, identity management, or related areas is considered an advantage. If you also have post-secondary education in IT or another technical field, as well as experience with the public sector, this is a plus. Furthermore, you have fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are communicative and receptive with good social skills. You are responsible and independent and thrive well in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by collaboration and lack of hierarchy. Furthermore, you are a structured team player who is used to handling multiple processes in parallel.

Key requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in technical customer-facing work in roles such as Technical Presales, Technical Sales, or Technical Consultant, or equivalent.
  • Ability to support the sales process from start to finish and act as a technical advisor in customer dialogues.
  • Good technical understanding and interest, preferably in networking, identity management, or related areas.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in translating complex technology into clear business value.
  • Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good system proficiency and experience working in CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Merits:

  • Post-secondary education in IT or another technical field.
  • Previous work with the public sector or understanding of its decision-making processes.
