With us, you have the most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities. You will also gain valuable experience and qualifications in leadership and group management.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children.
• Has a natural sense of rhythm and timing in your body.
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children. Alternatively, you have a long sports background and have led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. We combine different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned session structure, meaning all exercises and games are carefully planned. This allows you as a leader to focus entirely on spreading joyful movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and become part of an amazing leadership team with over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply have the most fun part-time job that gives you experience and qualifications in working with children's groups.

📅 Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 17:00–19:00 or during the day on weekends.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) preschool teacher education or similar. It is an advantage if you have studied the arts program in high school, worked as a group fitness instructor, or have other dance training. This is not a requirement – the right personality is what matters most.
