  • Check and update facility information in digital systems.
  • Monitor facility status and report faults, deficiencies, and risks.
  • Order operation and maintenance measures from contracted contractors.
  • Attend work that affects the function of facilities.
  • Review safety plans, project plans, work preparations, and self-inspections.
  • Prepare documentation for operation and maintenance contracts as well as reinvestments.
  • Perform and review electrical design and electrical inspections.
  • Review technical documentation prior to the handover of new facilities.
  • Manage digital systems and documentation.
  • Maintain a personal diary and contribute to structured reporting.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must meet all the following requirements:

  • At least 2 years of documented experience within the last 5 years in a responsible or assistant role as Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Inspector, or equivalent.
  • The experience must relate to electrical installations.
  • Technical education at minimum upper secondary level, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid BAS-P and BAS-U certificates.
  • Valid training in Work on Roads (APV) step 2.1 and 2.2, or equivalent according to current requirements.
  • Valid B-category driver's license.
  • Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work on the assignment full-time or according to an agreed arrangement from the start of the assignment.

Desirable Experience

It is highly desirable if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Construction management within electrical, control, automation, water/sewage, HVAC, or ventilation.
  • Operation and maintenance contracts.
  • Pumping stations, technical facilities, rest areas, road, or infrastructure environments.
  • Electrical inspections or electrical design.
  • Contract law, AB, ABT, and AMA.
  • Safety reviews, risk inventories, and self-inspections.
  • Client role or contractor follow-up.
  • Digital facility systems, document management, and technical reporting.
  • GUS Maximo, Chaos, Projektportalen, NAVA, or similar systems.
  • SS-EN 50110-1.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is independent, detail-oriented, and confident in dialogue with both clients and contractors. You must be able to drive issues forward, be clear in your documentation, and have the ability to quickly understand technical and practical problems in the field.

You are used to working in a structured manner, taking responsibility, and creating order in complex technical environments. You also need to be collaborative and able to act professionally in the role of client representative.

This is a good assignment for you if

  • You want a long-term assignment with high utilization.
  • You have a strong technical background in electrical and installation work.
  • You thrive in a combination of field work, documentation, meetings, and contractor follow-up.
  • You want to work in a larger technical context with socially vital infrastructure.
  • You have experience in being the one who holds technical issues together, follows up on contractors, and ensures that work is performed correctly.
