As a Project Manager, you will also lead workshops and training initiatives, and support clients, participants, and educators, acting as a strategic partner to the client in competency development to build the right capabilities. You will continuously build new client relationships, develop existing collaborations, and work closely with various stakeholders.

You will become part of our Swedish team and collaborate internationally with colleagues in Finland, Norway, and Germany. This is a 12-month parental leave position where we see good opportunities for extension.
