We are looking for a warehouse associate for our client in Oskarshamn. Here you will have a role where you become an important part of ensuring smooth production, from receiving and registering goods to delivering the right materials on time to maintenance and production.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who thrive with order and structure and want to work in a business where precision and service are crucial. To fit the role, we would like you to:

• Have experience in warehouse work, production, or logistics
• Be comfortable working in various systems and have good knowledge of the Office suite
• Be service-oriented and able to build good relationships with colleagues and customers
• Have a logical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• It is highly meritorious if you hold a forklift license.

What does the role involve?

In the role of associate at the Spare Parts Warehouse, you will:

• Receive and handle incoming packages and goods
• Administer orders and register articles in the business system
• Create new storage locations and perform physical warehouse layout
• Pick and pack materials for production and maintenance
• Participate in inventory counts and handle any discrepancies
• Actively contribute to improvement work and structure through 5S

You will become part of a team that works closely with both colleagues and customers, while you independently can plan, prioritize, and adjust pace when the situation requires it.
