Sodexo has been working with assistive technology services since 2003, offering services in consulting, technical service, warehousing, reconditioning, distribution, and support. The operations are focused on creating sustainable and high-quality solutions for both people and society. At the facilities in Järfälla and Spånga, employees from various functions work together to create an efficient and customer-focused operation.

We are now looking for service-oriented and engaged employees for Sodexo's Support Center, located at their logistics center in Järfälla. In this role, you will become an important part of a team working with customer service, order processing, purchasing, and financial administration. You will work in a varied and developing environment where service, collaboration, and structure are in focus.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:

• Register, handle, and follow up on orders in the business system Visma Business
• Plan and distribute orders and ensure deliveries
• Have daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone, email, and chat
• Work with warehouse replenishment and delivery follow-up
• Complete customer orders for invoicing
• Handle registry maintenance and administrative tasks
• Work with financial administration such as invoice processing and accounting

About You
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to work with multiple contact points simultaneously. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a structured way of working. You enjoy collaborating with others and contribute a positive attitude to the team.

We would appreciate it if you have experience in customer support, order processing, operational purchasing, or financial administration. Experience in phone or call center support as well as working in business systems like Visma Business is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the Office package with a focus on Excel and Word
• Plus with experience of Visma Business or similar business systems
• Plus with experience in logistics operations or work towards the healthcare sector
• Plus with experience in financial administration and invoice processing

About the Workplace
At Sodexo's logistics center in Järfälla, you will work in an operation where service, team spirit, and development are central parts of the culture. The role offers good opportunities for development and variation in tasks, while you become part of an engaged team of approximately 15 people.

The position is a consultancy assignment via Adecco, where you will be employed by Adecco and work on-site at the client in Järfälla. The assignment is full-time with regular working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:40.
