Quality Engineer

– an exciting challenge in a global organization

Huhnseal AB develops, designs, and manufactures mechanical shaft seals for the global process industry, including sectors such as paper and pulp, mining and slurry, food and pharmaceuticals, chemicals, oil, and gas. Huhnseal has a turnover of 255 MSEK, with 85 employees at the headquarters in Landskrona and 25 employees in Italy, Germany, the USA, China, and India. Huhnseal AB has been part of the Italian group Meccanotecnica Umbra Group since 2008, which has 700 employees globally.

Huhnseal is now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our headquarters in Landskrona. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Standardizing and improving the company's internal working methods.
• Ensuring that procedures, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements are followed by the operations.
• Identifying improvement needs and supporting operations in their improvement work.
• Managing and developing the company's management system in an advisory and supportive role.
• Establishing procedures to ensure compliance with requirements, as well as reviewing how working methods are described and ensuring these descriptions function effectively in practice.
• Conducting internal audits against ISO standards and internal procedures.
• Providing general support to the organization regarding quality issues.

We are looking for you who have adequate education within the quality field. If you have experience from similar tasks in a technology-intensive environment, we consider this a great advantage. Furthermore, experience in change and/or development projects, as well as understanding of system support development and the ability to interpret operational needs, is meritorious. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a prerequisite, with knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 being advantageous.

To succeed, we see that you are outgoing, curious, and alert. You are goal-oriented, structured, and responsible. It is important that you can analyze, gather information, and solve problems in a systematic way. You get things done and are good at building relationships with others. You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personality and are looking for someone who wants to show results and is not afraid of challenges.
