Your Role

🌟 As a teacher for the after-school program (fritidshem) with us, you will become part of a dedicated team of committed colleagues. Every day, we do our best to help students reach their full potential. You lead the work with a warm and clear touch, and your leadership is characterized by presence and inclusion - both in the classroom, during breaks, and at the after-school center.

🌟 Your main responsibility consists of planning, implementing, and evaluating meaningful activities within areas such as creativity, sports, play, and movement. You are deeply engaged in driving and developing the pedagogical operations of the after-school program to ensure it is stimulating, safe, and educational.

🌟 You actively work with students' social development and value-based work in everyday life. The role also involves using digital tools as a natural part of both teaching and documentation. Naturally, you are open to both giving and receiving feedback on your work, as you constantly strive to develop in your professional role.

✔ Swedish teaching license.

Creative and proactive: You spread energy by initiating and planning developmental activities. You have a professional attitude, see opportunities in students' differences, and adapt your work so that everyone has the chance to succeed.

✔ Flexible and solution-focused: You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a lively school environment where days can look different and quick adjustments are required. With your positive drive, you actively contribute to a good work climate within the staff group.

Conditions
  • Employment type: Permanent. Probation period applies.

  • Employment level: 100%.

  • Start date: As agreed.
