Warehouse Worker for Poppies Bakeries Ekeby AB

Poppies Bakeries Ekeby AB is a modern industrial bakery with two production lines: American-inspired muffins and classic Swedish cookies. We sell to a large part of the Swedish grocery retail sector and also have extensive exports to several European markets. We are a cheerful and fast-paced team of approximately 35 employees, and we are now looking to expand. Our recently expanded facilities are located in Ekeby, 15 km outside of Helsingborg. About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible warehouse worker who wants to become part of our team in Ekeby. The role involves varied work where you will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and carriers to ensure an efficient and well-functioning warehouse flow.

You will play an important role in daily operations, where structure, attention to detail, and teamwork are crucial.

Responsibilities

The position includes, among other things:

• Goods receiving and registration in business systems
• Preparation and scanning of customer orders
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Material handling for production
• Inventories and stock control
• Batch marking of incoming goods
• Contact with carriers and planning of transports
• Ordering of consumables
• Cleaning and tidiness of warehouse areas
• Ensuring correct stock balances

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous in your work and have a natural ability to collaborate with others.

We would prefer that you:

• Have experience in warehouse or logistics work
• Hold a forklift license
• Have good computer skills
• Have a good level of Swedish and English in both speech and writing; other languages are a plus
• Are solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility
