About the Company
We are currently looking for a Traffic Coordinator for a large, international company located in Landskrona. In this role, you will become part of a specialized team responsible for the company's most strategically important customers, acting as a central contact point between the customer, traffic departments, and internal functions.
More information about the client company will be provided during a phone interview.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us at Emploid and seconded to the client company.
About the Role
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will become an important part of a team working to ensure a high level of service for some of the company's largest and most complex customers. The role acts as a hub between the customer and internal departments, where you are responsible for coordinating, following up on, and quality-assuring transport flows throughout the entire process.
The work is administrative and event-driven, focusing on follow-up, control, and problem-solving. You will monitor deviations, review bookings, handle documentation, track costs and lead times, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken when things do not go according to plan.
The environment is characterized by a high pace, significant responsibility, and many contact points both nationally and internationally.
More specifically, the duties include:
- Coordinate and follow up on transport flows for strategically important customers
- Act as a contact person between the customer and internal traffic departments
- Handle bookings, deviations, and customer inquiries
- Ensure that transport assignments are carried out as agreed
- Review documentation and invoices
About You
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong service focus. You thrive in a coordinating role where you get to manage many parallel tasks while ensuring that the details are correct.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, structured, and have an easy time collaborating with different people and functions. You are motivated by taking responsibility, creating order, and contributing to efficient operations even when the pace is high.
The following are requirements for the position:
- Experience from an administrative, coordinating, or service-oriented role
- Good computer literacy and an interest in technology, digital tools, and data
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits:
- Experience from the logistics, transport, or forwarding industry

Start: According to agreement
Location: Landskrona
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:40
Salary: According to agreement
